Learn to ferment your vegetables with volunteers from the Somerville Fermentation Festival!

At our fermentation table, we teach market shoppers how to turn their fresh produce into delicious and healthy fermented foods. We offer guidance and instruction along with all necessary equipment to begin the fermentation process, and provide recipe cards to take home.
